Alto's been asking about this and of the mind there should be some sort of defense force for the emergency situations that happen, if only so he can protect the people who need to be protected. He's a military officer for the SMS (Strategic Military Services) back home and he's trained with guns. He won't have any planes here, but he'll help out where he can!
