Yeah, that's Arthur's thought process too. They can devote more time and effort to their one district to ensure its security and whatnot. We've gotten a lot of good input on this, so I think we should definitely have enough to cover all nine districts, though I'm not sure about body count for the general footsoldiers so we might still double up in the end, but you take what you can get, yanno?

And on that note, since there has been an unprecedented response for it, I believe we may be incorporating an application process for the leadership positions, if only to give fair chance to all rather than first come, first serve. I will be posting again sometime in the near future when I've worked all the kinks out and I'll be certain to ping everyone from this post to it, just in case it slips under the radar. c:
