Sandy is up for trying to get him to have some fun. Sandy actually likes Owen and he'll be trying to distract himself with fun, so obviously, he should try distracting Owen with fun too. This would probably involve making him go to a bunch of home away from home booths and being all 'look at all the wonderful things we have to appreciate 8D' and then possibly bugging him about dancing at the masquerade because you go to a ball to dance you silly stiff Brit.

And then, of course, everything will go to hell.
