Hello folks! I'm Drake and I've brought with me another Time Lord, this one is the Seventh Doctor! I'm new, he's new, and he's over in Loki's House because well, of a few reasons and he's got Telepathy. He's coming in post his TV series run (so post the episode Survival), so he's in the dark outfit that you can see in that gif above. I'm working on tossing more stuff up on his journal but I'll make sure to hit the intro log soon. In the mean time feel free to add me on plurk at paradigmcity!
