ALLOW ME TO BOTHER YOU SO MORE THEN sorry but Jack is really ICly bothered by that thing so he wants to do something. In what way could the characters get any clue of what to do with it? Powers and fire don't work. Should they really mine it out? I imagine runes fall in the same category as powers? Up there you mentioned to Stiles-mun that isn't ice in the traditional sense, can the characters realize that after experimenting with the usual means or something?
