I'm thinking of killing off Kaworu during the serpent fight, but I'm pretty sure he already died enough times to suffer the death consequence (I... may have forgotten it last time /cries deeply).

In any case, how does that work exactly? Do the mods choose the consequence? And I'm guessing it's something the character will be stuck with permanently, right?
