You get to choose the consequence! We just approve or reject it depending on what degree of consequence your character should be receiving, which in turn depends on how many times they've died. If you think this is his fourth or fifth death, Kaworu should be getting a major consequence, such as the complete loss of control over a limb or one of his senses, or losing a chunk of his memory. These consequences are permanent! So choose wisely, and let us know when you've decided so we can tell you if it fits or not. :]
