Hamel's world is in danger regardless of Ragnarok, so he wants to know if there's a way to selectively destroy the reason it's in danger and save the rest. This is obviously interfering with canon, so alternatively he can ask if he'll succeed in saving his world (he will, but I don't know if Yggdrasil can know that?).

Also, what happens if he tries a follow up question? Silence/getting kicked out?
