Yyup, they had a little thread in Sherlock's post to the network.

I think how the dream is generally going to go is -- Sherlock's still very much thrown off balance by this entire place, on top of which he now (I'm gonna say) knows that there's still more he's supposed to accomplish at home. So his dream's going to be about catching up to John in their timeline, and about things falling back into making more logical sense again. I can write it up in more detail and prettier language for you a bit later ;)
