Does the 'well rested' apply there if it's stupidly traumatic? Ril's canon point is essentially her being repeatedly stabbed by a pile of Voidlings (presumably to death) while her ship is being literally torn apart. How far back from their canon point can they go? Can they avoid falling asleep? I assume, eventually, she'll have no choice and have to sleep, though. Bodies are like that. Sadly, not everyone has a nice canon point.
