I need to check this with Auto, but since I also have a time-sensitive character whose powers were intact several months back, I believe time still feels pretty normal! It passes at an ordinary rate; while the calendar runs 6 IC months to an OOC year, that in of itself isn't magical. The fact that it doesn't flow at the same rate as other worlds shouldn't matter either. Every universe is temporally self-contained, so their time moves as needed inside them.

The only way I could see it causing a problem is if Yggdrasil's health is a factor, but I don't think the tree has unraveled that much yet!
