He's a cheerful sociopath and manipulative bastard, so I apologise in advance for his dickish behaviour. Perhaps unsurprisingly he's in Loki's house, and his power is telepathy, oh my! I'm bringing him in from Vol. 7 of the light novels so for anyone who knows them he obviously won't be feeling wonderful but he's unlikely to let that on to anyone.
