+1 Lord of Time.

Helllooooo Asgard! I am fresh meat, err...I mean my name is Colin and I'm terribly excited to be here! I'll be your resident Tenth Doctor who will be coming in just after the 50th Anniversary special.

I can be reached over on AIM at arspoetica1989 for good ole plotting times.

Well, Brax is the older brother.

Important stuff:
  • Probably heavily involved with the Doctor's earliest years until he went to school.

  • They were not as close in school, thanks to Braxiatel's cold exterior. He got the nickname Icicle, which meant he wasn't about to encourage the Doctor to be cuddly. Some occasions were probably more effective than others and eventually there was baby!Master and the rest of his school pals to pick up the slack.

  • Brax was as anxious to get off world as the Doctor, but did it legitimately by becoming ambassador, thus becoming politician.
  • President Pandak VII tried to assassinate Brax, summoning a 'Lord Burner' to do so. Lord Burner talked too much because he was delighted at the opportunity and Brax used the time to kill him first. Prez was not pleased, made Brax Lord Burner and sent him after the Doctor and Susan. Rather than kill him, Brax tipped him off, Clara points him to the right TARDIS and away they go! Leaving Brax behind to head the Inquiry into Pandak's peculiarly timed accident.

  • The Braxiatel Collection, mentioned by Four when travelling with Romana, is run by various versions of Brax. In this Brax's universe, he sold it to get a cure for Gallifrey's zombie epidemic. It was a Collection of Everything, essentially, and he misses it very much.

  • The Doctor doesn't necessarily appreciate Brax's methods, which were long term plotty manipulative methods, but they have ends in common frequently.

  • Brax is madly in love with Romana, which is so obvious that only Brax's reputation as a lying liar who lies and Romana's refusal to think about anything but her Presidency (which he served in as her advisor) lets him get away with it.

I think that's it. It'll get you started, anyway.
