Yes! Our policy is that everyone must respond to the AC post. You were new in April so would have been exempt from providing proofs, but due to not commenting at all are taking a strike instead. Keep up with the rules in the future and you'll be fine!

I was on hiatus from the start of April until the 27th. I have a few random tags for Inori because people requested them, but nothing beyond that.

Also, I plan on dropping Yukio anyways, but would like to keep Inori, if that is all right. I'll take a strike for her, but I would like to keep her.

Hi there! We don't ask for activity proofs from those with a hiatus of two weeks or more. However, we do require even exempt characters to reply to the AC post using the exempt form, and that's why the two of them were listed. You're welcome to that that strike, though, so she'll be kept! :)

If you did check into the AC post and we just missed it, let us know and you won't have to take a strike at all.

Awww no, I didn't reply using the exempt form. :( It was a bad period of time and I did not even access my computer for many days during my hiatus.
