Ok, putting this up when it's not so busy is a better plan. What is Asgard Audio Service? Well it's a brand new radio station for us all to contribute to!

You may find in each Welcome House there is a radio in the main living area, placed there recently and that local Asgard shops have begun (albeit tentatively) to sell radios as well for personal use.

ABOUT THE RADIO: It's a business. So this will be largely paid for by advertising. This will go into people's salaries, as Irving will pray for loan forgiveness. If your business needs a boost, by all means, we can assume that the ads will have featured (if you want to, you can have a script for one written out!) 

WHAT WILL BE ON THE RADIO:

LARGELY UP TO YOU. 

Music, singing, advice shows, opinions.

Here's what I have so far:

Head of AAS: Irving Braxiatel (calm, easy going and seeming to have ulterior motives, will be keeping a very close eye on proceedings.)
Co-Head of AAS: Romanadvoratrelundar (any mistakes regarding Romana actually being charge is only natural and quickly forgiven.)

News Reporter: River Song (Spoilers, sweetie.)

Intern(s): (Up to three) (Will take over if the News Reporter gets sick, will go out and find stories for News Reporter to follow up on, will do 'Vox Pops')

 

Weather Person: Vislor Turlough (Will deliver a weather report and scientifically deduce the weather.) 

Other: David Sprite - Late Night Show with Music
            Ril Sorrin - Music With Vocals
            Maglor - Music With Harp
            Merlin - Teaching Council Advisory (once a week)
            Effie Trinket - TBD.

Any plotting can go into this post, but here's where you sign up to either advertising or job. Once I've a decent idea as to who wants to do what I'll have Irving make a post on the network and we can get this set up!

This sounds really cute. I'mmm not sure if Merlin would get involved, but maybe Rue could do something music-wise?

Well, Merlin might find it useful to have an advisory programme: something akin to what he already does with the teaching council? And answering question. And it would take word of mouth out of the equation for the teaching council, so possibly an advertisement or something?

Music is definitely an option!

...actually that isn't a bad idea. They could get a group of people to rotate between and answer questions that people have about Asgard...

Sounds like a plan! Not sure if I should have him pop in every once in a while to help, since he's involved with several other things already, but I'd love to help if you need more hands on deck.

Oh, Davesprite would be interested in this. At least, as long as his colorful phrasing isn't too off-putting. He'd try to get an hour slot on a weekly basis or something to play music.

...His language probably relegates him to late night hosting, which works out since his daytime schedule is pretty full. And he would probably ramble between tracks about random stuff and current events, so idk if that counts as unprompted advertising or what.

No, it would be fine, so long as he doesn't reveal people's secrets or vulnerabilities. Also would be encouraged to do his best to unnerve enemy interests.

Though yes, late night show would be good.
