Hey guys, it's been a fun year but I'm going to be dropping Charles here and bowing out of Asgard for now. Thanks to all the people I've threaded with during my stay, it's been fun and memorable!

oh gosh hi asgard! I'm corie, some may remember me from a stint here about six months ago, some may not - no matter! Anyways I'm here with someone new - this here is Brienne of Tarth from that series where the author tries his best to kill every character you've ever loved, even some you don't and often times ends up succeeding, A Song of Ice and Fire! Or the HBO show adaption Game of Thrones.

uh so Brienne is a lady knight, kind of - if lady knights are a thing then she'd be one. She's got some trust issues, but if you do earn her trust than you've got a loyal friend. She's a bit on the shy side, awkward even - her nickname Brienne the Beauty is not given kindly as she is tall and considered ugly or plain but don't say this to her face unless you want to be beat up.

Anyways she'll be in Freya house with energy transfer as her ability. The best way to reach me is through PM to this journal orrr plurk which is paperflowers! 

So yes I'm gonna post her up in the welcome log in a bit. Looking forward to playing here with you and glad to be back.

Alright, here's the wrap-up: the fire will be happening in Odin on the night of Day 187 (in three days!), and there will be a single log with top-level headers to keep things nice and tidy. So far it seems like we'll need one for fighting the fire, clean-up/aftermath, and investigation; if you can think of one that I'm missing, please let me know! I'm pretty sure this is my first mini-plot ever, so I'm really green at this.

I'd also really like a volunteer to make a single network post about this, so that we don't accidentally end up with a flood of "oh shit, it's a fire!" cluttering up the community. If you have someone who'd be out after dark, in Odin District, and would be inclined to put out the call for people to help, let me know here and I'll work things out with you.

Finally, feel free to use this as a plotting post! If you have someone who'd naturally step into a leadership position and you want to plan out who'll be working under you ahead of time; if you want to set up a peanut gallery to watch from a distance; if you have any details you want to iron out with fellow players, just drop a comment and let others come and make beautiful plottage with you.

So my wireless router just up and died one day after I had started working 8 hour days again, leaving me very little time to fix the problem! Here we are, probably a week later, after buying a new router and fighting with technical support, MY INTERNET HAS RETURNED!

Hey, Asgard! It's Laura (Loki/gameplaying-mun), here with my second character: Peter Parker of Spider-Man fame (The Amazing, 2012 variety, rather than Raimi's trilogy or ... the comics, because of Reasons.) For all that it matters/if anyone's been under a rock (I hear they're very nice) since the 60s, Peter's a bit of a nerd, super good with science! and he once got bitten by a genetically modified spider and developed spider-related abilities. He's also super awkward.

Sadly for him, he's obvs going to be lacking the spider-related abilities.

Hi guys! I'm Natalie (not the Natalie that you already have, but a second one that's also RL room mates with your resident Dirk Strider), bringing you Tony Stark from The Avengers: the musical movie.

So here's the thing about Tony Stark. He's a M.I.T. graduate and a ladies' man with obscene amounts of money to his name. He also used to be a munitions dealer until a close family friend tried to have him snuffed by terrorists, and he was nearly blown up by one of his own missiles. In fact, he could still die if something happens to the glowing magnet wedged inside his chest. But these events helped him find a new purpose in life: pooling his genius and resources into a high-tech exoskeleton that fights worldwide crime.

All that said, Tony is not the heart of gold that you would expect from someone that spends so much time to saving others. He's a damaged, sarcastic personality with a monolith ego and a drinking problem. He was thrown through a window because he made a dick joke at the wrong person. Most people want to punch him in the face (or toss him from very high places, even), but Tony also has a bad habit of growing on people like an endearing fungus. Because he's so gd charismatic or something.




He might also give you a nickname. But yeah, Tony has been placed in the Haus of Odin with the power of fire. As for me, you can reach me on Plurk ( magyums ) or AIM (Magyums) for anything you need. Other than that, it's really great to be here, and I'm looking forward to playing with you guys!
