So....my family forgot to mention that I'll be more or less gone between May 18th to June 20th.

Sup guys! Jenny here just letting you all know that I'm going on hiatus from now until about the 28th. Allison will be on autopilot rather than going grey, so feel free to handwave interactions with her. I'm going to be trying to wrap up some current threads by the end of next week, but the next week and a half/two weeksish are going to be sort of crazy, so this is mostly to keep myself from tagging new stuff.

I'll be available in all the normal contact ways until Friday/Saturday of next week, at which point I'll be going camping for the weekend and will be unreachable.

Hello, beautiful Assguardians! A few quick things:

As you know, a god-backed trip to Utgard is coming up in this next week (IC Day 269, OOC May 23 - a mingle log WILL go up for this trip), and the gods are going to be asking the characters for direction! Like it says in the notes, one of Thiazi's spies will be caught trying to sneak back into the city on the return trip. Signups will still be open for a little while to volunteer your character to be the one to catch the spy, and the finder will be chosen at random and contacted. This character will be required to start a discussion on the network about finding the spy, so please keep that in mind when you volunteer!

After the spy is caught, there will be an IC post with discussion encouraged to decide what, exactly, to do with him. In order to make sure that every character who wants one has a voice, however, the gods are going to bring it to a poll. You can use the IC post and conversations to facilitate discussion and the decision your character makes, but the results of the poll will dictate the outcome. The gods will encourage the characters to make a decision, since this could set the tone for how future prisoners of war are treated!

Feel free to vote once per character, since difference characters might have different opinions! With that said...



Feel free to vote any time between now (if you think your character will strongly believe one certain way, regardless of the discussion) and when we close the poll on May 30th, in order to give characters time to have their opinions swayed (or to not!) during the IC discussion post.



Secondly, remember that the gamewide HMD goes up on Sunday! Participation is mandatory, but as usual, the post will be locked!

Finally, a quick note: please welcome Rae, Latroma, and Teru to our NPC team! We are super excited to have them, and they have already started on some fun things, so keep an eye out. :)

It's been a hectic month and I still am bogged down with things like convention prep, so Allen's been hiatused off for a canon update. I was supposed to come off it around now but I'm extending it a little longer (because ow what is englishing when one's stressed). Either the 21st or the 28th probably, depending on how travel plans and the like work out.

Since it's a full canon update (with Timcanpy) he's been gone since about the 8th like he was dropped. He's being updated to 215, which without spoiling too much means he's coming back sporting some new scars while even more painfully heartbreaking/politely distanced/oh god it's dangerous for people to be around me since he'll be... kind of a fugitive. He'll consider himself an "independent" Exorcist more than one of the Black Order (lol he isn't one anymore sob), although good luck ever getting him to talk about that or do more than stepford smile and gloss past it. :x (He's dumb like that.)

He'll be lying a little lower than usual at least for a while while he re-adapts because of that but will probably end up focusing more on Asgard and integrating after that. :D (And there will be busking shenanigans with clown costumes when I get back. Promise.) HIS MENTAL STABILITY MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY QUESTIONABLE AT FIRST but no he's fine really. No I mean seriously. Look how fine he is (lol spoilers). (No his Asgard memories will mitigate it...)

But I'm getting some of my tagging mojo back however so I'll pick at backtags until I dehaitus as well, lmdsf. And my plurk is still Dichrous for anyone who wants to harass me. :)
