I've been in Asgard with Uther for a year and a half now. I apped him not only because of the fabulous cast, but because I saw the opportunity of giving him a character arc that canon never gave him, and he's come such an amazingly long way. He's come to accept magic as far as to use it himself (even if ew, gross) and fought to be a better father and person. It's been really incredible and so much fun to throw him out of his comfort zone like this.
Alas, I no longer hold enough interest in playing him to get him more involved in Asgard's affairs outside of being Arthur's helper, and since his development has gotten basically as far as I can get him and it'll mostly be up from here, I no longer feel any motivation to keep him in the game. His tags feel like a job more often than it feels fun.
Thus, he's going home.
He's leaving his crown and Pendragon cloak behind for Arthur and Morgana, as well as the sword he got in Svartalfheim for Arthur. Samantha, Buffy, Daphne, Castiel, Merlin and Gwen all get notes that just read Thank you, for different reasons.
It's been really great, and thanks to all of you players for sticking with me through this wild ride, especially my cast, those who've left and those who are still around. You're amazing and I'm going to miss all of you.
As for things that I still wanted to do with my cast that I never actually got to do during December, I still want to. But if you guys would be willing to play it out, we'll have to do that like. Outside of the game. And just say it's game canon. Or we could handwave. Either or, I'll try to get off my ass to contact you, or you could contact me. And that's for anyone, ftr, if you'd like to do anything.
Wow this turned out long ahahaha. I'm going to shut up now.
Still around with the Eleventh Doctor and John Watson, so you're not rid of me yet and won't be until endgame if I have any say. See you around!
