Hey, life has been really, really hectic for me, so I am going to place Harry on retroactive was-always-asleep hiatus from around what was IC for March 20th until the beginning of May. This is because he missed the school burning plot, and I can't explain that without having to really backtrack. I've had thesis, work, and cat stuff that's really been a priority.

When I come back, I'll post an open log so that people who were interested in him can play with him.

So I'd meant to wait out another week of my hiatus to see how I felt, but after this past week I've realized that unfortunately I do need to drop Captain Jack. My motivation has taken a complete nosedive the past month or so, and Jack hasn't really clicked with the game as well as I'd hoped. All the apologies ever to all his amazing CR and everyone here, you have all been lovely to play with and I'll definitely miss it ♥.

Clara Oswald's player here, bringing in Claire Bennet from Heroes. She's the show's golden child cheerleader that everyone tries to repeatedly save for one various reason or another. They were so focused on that mess, no one could save the show itself.

Anyway, she's coming in from the end of season 1. She's somewhere between 15/16 years old, is pretty egocentric, usually selfish, entirely self-righteous, but is adorable and surprisingly charming so all that often goes unnoticed. In canon she has the power of rapid cellular regeneration, but here in Asgard I am going to continually torture her with Daddy issues and give her the power of Flight. Which means she's in Baldr house, yep.

So life took a bit of a chunk out of me and at the same time my motivation dried up for certain people. First off, I'm sorry about that. Secondly, Leo Valdez is going back home as a consequence. I'll still be here with Dirk Strider, in a much more active capacity.

hi everyone! i just wanted to make you all aware that i'm going to be gone for the next month traveling. i'm going to naples, italy and then paris, france, to meet up with my family! it's a rather large trip and involves a lot of logistical things, so i'm not going to be bringing my computer, for fear that it doesn't make the trip back. i also won't really have access to reliable wifi or the time to be around. as such, i'll be gone from april 7th to may 5th. this applies to irene adler (herrin) and natasha romanova (redhourglass).

both irene and natasha are going to sleep for the month that i'm gone, and natasha is going to wake up all nice and canon updated to captain america: the winter soldier. when i get back, i'll put up an opt out post for spoilers. :)

Stricter rationing, different mores, and a boarding school where you aren't allowed to say "O.K."? Time to fuck off to Asgard, clearly.

She's from the excellent book Back Home by Michelle Magorian, but if you haven't heard of it, that's totally cool. Just know that Rusty's an arty outdoor kid who's in Freyr with the power of Drawing Life. And maybe think of saying hi to her over here. ♥

Hello again Asgard! For those of you who may remember, I'm Lita and I was here over a year ago with a certain weirdo acrobat. Well, I decided to bring her back! For all those who don't know who she is, she is Sora Naegino from an obscure series called Kaleido Star. Think of it like the anime version of Cirque du Soliei except more catfights, perverted spirits, and HOLY CRAP HOW THE HELL DID SHE DO THAT?

She's going back to her old god house of Sigyn with Healing but since she's a reclaimed character, she will keep her Level Two powers so if anyone needs a heal, she can help. Somewhat.

So, this is Rowan with character number two, (along with Ril Sorrin). I bring you, straight from the side of a busted Jeep in Korea, Margaret Houlihan, from one of America's greatest shows, M*A*S*H. Along with some other drunken but talented assholes, she helped fight the fight, save lives, brave the insanity that was Korea and-- Pass me the coffee, this is going on too long, or better yet, pass that rubbing alcohol you call gin and we'll call it even. All you need to know is that she takes no shit and has a right hook that'll sink your ship. She's in House Heimdall with the power of Energy Transfer, which is excellent for a nurse, and she'll be coming in just as those old flood waters rise. I got a special entrance in mind for her. Oh yes.

I'm Effing (not to be confused with Effy who plays Bucky), bringing a certain patriotically themed superhero back for a second, hopefully much longer round of shenanigans in this fine game. He's in Sigyn with the power of Growth and vaguely remembers his last stint here, but it was surreal and nearly two years ago for him, so a lot of things will be a little hazy.
