my activity lately has not been what i want it to be in general but lately its taken a huge nose dive! the weather in my area (CONSTANT. ENDLESS. RAIN.) has exacerbated a chronic pain condition to the point where i have basically zero energy. im gonna bite the bullet and hiatus my characters for the month in case this doesnt improve-- if it does, great, and i'll be back early! but this is really bugging me and i dont want to leave anyone hanging, so im gonna play it safe.

i will backdate everything ive started atm and otherwise we can handwave to your hearts content. im still gonna be around but i just dont have the energy to tag lately. i can always be reached for deets and discussion here tho.

It really upsets me to do this, but I think it's finally time to let Rory go home to his wife. He's been here for two years, and I think he's run his full course. He wasn't the first character I played here, but he was the first one who stuck and I'm grateful for all the CR he's had.

He doesn't have a lot of things to give, but I have a list of things people are left regardless:

Eleven gets Rory's Centurion helmet, Amy's red scarf & that one photograph of Rory and Amy together in their centurion and kissogram getups.

Eight gets Rory's Centurion sword. You're welcome, Eight. Refrain from stabbing anyone, please.

The TARDIS gets the best gift of all: The 'Mug' Mug, with a note that reads: "You seemed the best and most responsible person to get this. The Doctor is going to be jealous. Tell him to deal with it."

Clara Oswald gets Rory's other mugs and his entire wardrobe, MINUS the pheasant jumper. Included is a short note explaining how glad he was to meet her and asking her to please look after the Doctor. Their Doctor, especially, fezzes and all.

Jaime McCrimmon gets Rory's pheasant jumper from the sweaters event and the Centurion lunchbox.

John Watson gets all of Rory's cool nursing odds and ends--you know how he loves his nursing odds and ends.

Will Graham gets Benny the bear horse dog, with a note that requesting that he allow Alice Liddell (small version) to visit her as often as she likes.


I know Rory has roomed with various other Doctor Who castmates but never actually had extensive threads with them, so if you'd like to handwave that CR and assume he left them something as well, feel free! There's surely something I'm missing.

Thanks a lot for putting up with him, guys. I'm still here with Moran and Jorah (and probably apping someone next month...or this month if I can finish in time) so you're not rid of me by any means.
