No, wait, that's not right. Anyway, this is my third time here, and this time, I'm bringing you one (1) slightly confused Time Lord, because you didn't have enough Doctors already, right? This one is grumpy, Scottish, and still trying to figure out just who he is. He's in Loki, and his power is telepathy.
